The service
PLC-Ladder drafts IEC 61131-3 Structured Text from plain-English descriptions using an AI model, verifies every draft with a deterministic compiler, renders it as ladder and function-block diagrams, and simulates the scan cycle in the browser. The AI never produces the final artifact, only code that passes the compiler is presented as a result.
Engineering draft, not certified control logic
All generated logic is an engineering draft. Simulation is verification by sampling, not proof of correctness. You are responsible for having every program validated by a qualified engineer before it is used on real equipment, and for complying with all applicable safety standards. PLC-Ladder is provided with no warranty of fitness for controlling machinery or any other purpose.
Accounts & free tier
- You need a verified account to use the workbench. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your account is compromised.
- The free tier includes 10 AI drafts per calendar month; compiling and simulating your own code is unlimited. Limits may change as the service evolves.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts used for abuse, e.g. attempting to misuse the AI drafting feature for anything other than control logic, probing the service's security, or evading limits.
Alpha status
PLC-Ladder is an alpha service provided as-is. Features may change, break, or become unavailable without notice, and data may be reset during this phase. We are not liable for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
